Simple solution is to use chalk. Most athletes do & these two work incredibly well in conjunction. It’s much more challenging & also uncomfortable to close a gripper with bare, slighly sweaty hands. It can be part of your difficult training routine but I recommend not to punish yourself like that.
Nothing fancy is needed, simple block of chalk will do & will work wonders for you. I recommend going with liquid chalk if you’d like to go with least messy version. Even commercial gyms tolerate it, so you can get away with it & use it to your advantage.
