  1. I thought this was just a simple wristband. But after reading this I see that it is a lot more than that. My hand’s aren’t as strong as they use to be. I am getting older and my body just doesn’t work like it use to. Do you think this will help bring some strength back into my hands and grip?

  3. Exercising your hand extensor muscles is a completely new concept for me.

    I was familiar with the concept of dynamic tension where you use opposing muscles against each other. But I never saw that applied to the fingers of the hand.

    This even goes beyond that to isolate these little-used muscles and train against resistance.

  6. Wow, I haven’t even thought about the extensor muscles in awhile. Like most people, despite being a real gym rat type, I totally neglect these muscles. I like the idea of pain prevention as well. I would love to be able to go into my boss’ office and give him that firmest of handshakes, look him in the eye, smile, and watch his knees buckle!
