Start With Wrist Roller

Way more easily portable & accessible but no less merciful option is to use wrist roller. Just as steel mace, a wrist roller can be brutally effective to burn up your forearms in no time.

If you want something difficult that challenges you big time, steel mace is it. A lot of dynamic movements, explosiveness as well as mental stimulation to coordinate your movements to make it work effectively.     1. Yes and no. You need to understand the root cause of Carpal Tunnel.

      If it’s caused by muscle imbalances, working on your forearms can do wonders to get rid of symptoms of CTS entirely & even heal it.

      However, if CTS is caused by structural anomalies that are squeezing the nerves in wrist & are unique to certain individual only, then likely no.

      That last one needs a careful medical evaluation by professional to understand if exercise would be the correct approach.
