Keep in mind, Sew-Easy Lifting Straps come only in one size. How well can you use these straps depends on your individual attributes. If your wrists are small then you might have a problem & these straps might be too big for you to be effective.
Like other IronMind lifting straps, they are made from durable & rugged nylon that is extra thin. That means even while equipped & wrapped around the barbell you’re still able to feel it better. Thin straps will interfere less with your lifting technique.
