- Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2014I been training my grip for a while now and I heard about Eagle Loops from DieselCrew guys and I have to say that this was one of the best things I bought on Amazon.
You can pretty much train all your fingers with this Eagle Loops. I like to loop them around dumbells and kettlebells to work on my fingers or do 1-2 finger pull ups.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2016Great product. The pull up has become the foundation of my workout routine and I find myself doing a variation of the movement in just about every workout. I have a multi-grip pull up bar with a towel hanging from one end, softball grips on the other and now Eagle Loops hanging from the middle. They have been a great addition to my workouts, challenging your grip and back muscles in a very unique way. I have yet to start experimenting with attaching the product to weights and barbells, but look forward to doing so. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2013These are a very well made product like all products from Ironmind. They are a great way to strengthen your hand strength.
If you are not used to working your fingers, start out fairly light, though. They will leave your hands sore the next day.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 11, 2012I'm a grip strength training fanatic! I have used just about all the forearm and grip strength devices on the market and each have their own pros and cons. This particular product has huge advantages over it's competition because it allows you to basically train/strengthen each individual finger due to each digit having it's own loop to hang from. The overall quality/construction of the Eagle Loops is nothing short of impressive (as most products by IronMind are) and the functionality is right on with what it claims it can do....(my fingers ached the day after using these loops for the first time)...all that being said....I'm a HUGE fan of simply throwing a towel over a pull-up bar and hanging onto each end while performing my exercises...a towel is far less expensive and in my personal opinion..just as effective ( my fingers ached the day after using a towel over a pull-up bar for the first time....sound familiar?)...If you've got the money and don't mind spending it on this product..then go ahead!..It's a fine product and you won't be sorry you did...but if you're like me and would rather watch what you spend and get creative...opt for a towel/a thick rope/a mop head etc...you get my point
- Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2013I've been rehabbing injuries to both forearms and figured I'd try these to increase strength in my finger flexors/extensors. Attatched to a suspension trainer (TRX, Jungle Gym, etc) with a carabiner (not included) for bicep curls and tricep extensions and felt EVERY finger/forearm muscle work and get a great stretch. Wow! Months of PT and hand therapy didn't get the results I'm getting using these in only a week. These are better than towel exercises - especially if you have specific weakness in your hands.
